Peter JangWhan Lee
Computer Engineer, MBA, AI Navigator, HR Strategist, Project Management
Peter has been fascinated by electronics and computers since childhood. A self-taught coder, he began building and hosting websites during the tech boom of the 90s while still a teenager.
He spent his late 20s and mid 30s as an entrepreneur, launching ventures in Online Gaming and eCommerce. Prior to joining DexterBee, Peter served as a Regional Head of HR for a global automaker for 10 years, gaining deep expertise in corporate structure and HR management.
Peter was born in Seoul, shaped in the US, and has been based in Germany for over 20 years. He speaks Korean, English, and German.
Aiden Donghyeon Kim
SAP Developer, AI Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Automation Specialist
Aiden discovered his passion for automation early on while managing logistics IT for global fashion giants like Inditex (ZARA) and H&M. He channeled this drive into SAP development and DevOps, architecting critical enterprise systems—including a Keycloak-based SSO service on Kubernetes for Hyundai Account.
Over a decade in Europe, Aiden worked with automotive leaders like Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis across 9 different countries, evolving into a full-stack expert in Frontend, Backend, ERP, and AI.
Today, while he continues to develop high-level SAP systems for Samsung Electronics, his primary focus is on the frontier of AI. He is the creator of HiveLink (LLM-RAG chatbot) and leads numerous AI initiatives.
Educated in Korea and seasoned by work in Canada, Germany, and the Czech Republic, Aiden speaks Korean and English.
Stephan Dongjin Oh

Stephan’s passion for connecting people with technology and creating value has been the recurring theme of his career. He established himself through regional and global leadership roles in Talent Acquisition and HR, spanning the Automotive, Energy, and MedTech sectors.
Uniquely, Stephan goes beyond traditional HR. He served as Managing Director of a software development firm focused on IoT and Data Science, giving him a deep understanding of how technical teams operate and deliver solutions.
Born and based in Germany, Stephan brings a global perspective having lived and worked in both Korea and the US. He is fluent in German, English, and Korean.
